SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping policy
SHIPMENT PROCESS**
1. Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with receipt detailing all items purchased (don't forget to check your mail!).
2. We process and package your items within 1-5 business days after your order.
3. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with the tracking code for your package.
**PRE-ORDER:**
Items marked as "available for PREORDER" can be purchased, but please note that their shipment time is longer, approximately 1-5 weeks. You'll receive an email confirmation that your PREORDERED item has shipped.

Standard shipping with Canada Post is available at the calculated rate at checkout on orders under $100 CAD and comes free with orders over $100.CAD. Once your order is shipped, your package is in the hands of Canada Post. GRACE & BHALO is not responsible for packages lost by Canada Post.
Local Pick Up (KELOWNA AREA ONLY:
If you live in the Kelowna, BC Canada area you can also select to pick up your package for FREE! Select "Local Pick-Up" when checking out!
**PLEASE CAREFULLY SELECT THIS OPTION. If you accidentally select shipping at checkout and you need Local Pick Up instead, GRACE & BHALO cannot refund any shipping fees once the shipment email has been sent. Shipping labels are non-refundable therefore GRACE & BHALO cannot refund shipping fees once a shipping label is purchased. Thank you for your understanding!**
Tracked Priority Shipping (3-10 business days):
Tracked Priority shipping is available in Canada & the USA charged at the calculated rate at checkout. Tracked Priority shipping includes a bubble mailer & a microfibre jewelry envelope to protect your jewelry during the shipment process.
Tracked Priority shipping comes with a tracking code through Canada Post.
For Other International Parcels
International Small Packet – Air (7-21 business days): International Air shipping includes a bubble mailer & a microfibre jewelry envelope to protect your jewelry during the shipment process. The shipment cost for international parcels will be automatically calculated at checkout. International Air parcels will include a tracking code with Canada Post.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Eligibility
We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Personalized, custom, or final sale items cannot be returned.
✅ Earrings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds & Store Credit
• If your return meets the above criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or size:
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
• Once we receive your return, we will send out the replacement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our jewelry, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please use our contact page **Be sure to send your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.
6. Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
